CAPITAL STRUCTURE & LIQUIDITY OPTIMIZATION - A FRAMEWORK FOR APPROACHING DEBT FINANCING

Presenter: Drew Slocum, Senior Vice President & Senior Relationship Manager, Bank of America Merrill Lynch

This presentation will focus on Capital Structure & Liquidity Optimization - A Framework for Approaching Debt Financing. A treasury team has an important strategic role to play in advising the broader management team and board of directors around capital structure and liquidity needs for the business. This session will provide a framework that can be employed to create sound recommendations around capital structure and liquidity. Included in this framework are a foundation in corporate finance theory, metrics to benchmark, qualitative factors to weigh, and trade-offs between different financing alternatives to consider. The current financing market environment and common debt financing alternatives will also be discussed.

Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he is responsible for being a client advisor and delivering a comprehensive suite of financial solutions to middle market companies in the state of Wisconsin.
